Ned Moran
Mr. Moran has over 16 years experience in the security community. In his role at Microsoft he is responsible to identifying and disrupting state sponsored actors originating from the Middle East. In addition to his role as Principal Program Manager at Microsoft, he was a fellow with the Citizen lab and a staff member at the Shadowserver Foundation.
