Mr. Moran has over 15 years experience in the security community. In his role at Microsoft he is responsible to identifying and disrupting state sponsored actors originating from the Middle East. In addition to his role as Principal Program Manager at Microsoft, he is currently a fellow with the Citizen lab and was previously a staff member at the Shadowserver Foundation.
